The Spa therapists are highly qualified, using only the best organic natural products, which are then customised to suit your individual needs. Facilities include unique hydro-massage and flotation pools, infrared sauna, steam room, blitz shower, thermal capsule, outdoor couple’s spa, treatment suites, as well as relaxation lounges and courtyards. Beauty and skin products are also available to purchase following your treatment.

Enjoy true Spa experiences in our unrivalled Thermal Suite. Hot and cold therapies have been used for thousands of years to cleanse the skin and promote the elimination of toxins.
Strong underwater jets in the HydroMassage pool will massage your body and the near body temperature water will relax your muscles and improve your circulatory system.
Used in conjunction with the Steam Room, Infrared Sauna and Blitz Shower it will leave you feeling relaxed and invigorated.

This is the ultimate relaxation experience as a very deep state of relaxation can be achieved. Our flotation pool is heated and has a magnesium salt concentration which raises the waters density making it easy to float. Enjoy the feeling of weightlessness as your aches and pains float gently away. Research shows one hour in the flotation pool is equivalent to six hours rest.

Our Products
The Spa uses only the FINEST organic, natural products.
The range includes Eminence skin care products, handmade in Budapest, Hungary.
They contain no artificial colours, fragrances or genetically modified ingredients and are paraben, sulphate, mineral oil and petroleum free.
The ingredients are especially selected for their high-active content to target skin conditions such as aging, rosacea, sun damage and hormonal imbalances. Whole fruit and vegetable pulp, seeds and hand harvested herbs are cold pressed and blended together over several hours at room temperature without any hydrogenation processes. This guarantees the delivery of all the vitamins and minerals, thereby ensuring your skin receives the most potent concentration of antioxidants and bioflavonoids possible.
Each product is mixed in small batches and combined with mineral rich thermal spring water to create products with potent beautifying properties. An in-depth knowledge of nature’s plants, enhanced with today’s skin care innovations enables Eminence to produce natural skin care that is true to both organic enthusiasts and results-driven clients.
We also stock make-up from Jane Iredale and natural oils.

Etiquette
We’re all about casual relaxation at The Spa, so you won’t find many formalities. But there are a few guidelines, regulations and suggestions to ensure your time with us is as pleasurable as it can be.
ARRIVAL
You will be advised of when to arrive at The Spa. This will allow time for you to check in, relax and take full advantage of your reserved time. Please understand that if you arrive late, your treatment will be completed as it was scheduled.
WHAT TO WEAR
Our therapists are sensitive to your privacy and comfort. For ultimate comfort, we recommend wearing the disposable underwear provided or as little as possible. Swimwear must be worn when using the HydroMassage Pool. Outside the treatment suites, please wear the robe and slippers provided.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that plans change, so if you need to cancel your reservation please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. After that time, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. No show appointments are charged at 100% of treatment fee.
HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS
If you are pregnant or have a medical condition or are feeling unwell please let us know when making your reservation as you may require clearance from your doctor.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Minimum age to access The Spa is 16 or limited treatments are offered to accompanied minors over the age of 13. Please Phone the Spa for further information.
