Each coaching experience is tailored to the individual, combining technical insight with practical application to deliver meaningful and lasting results.
Upcoming Development
State-of-the-art coaching facility
Looking ahead, one of the most exciting developments for members is the planned construction of a state-of-the-art three-bay indoor teaching facility, set to be completed over the next 12 months. The facility will include coaching and fitting bays, an indoor putting green for coaching and fitting, as well as a TPI assessment and physio treatment area.

Services provided
A range of services are available, including private coaching, group clinics, on-course playing lessons and structured development programs.
Sessions can be enhanced with use of world-class technology such as TrackMan and Smart2Move 3D force plates, providing detailed feedback and a deeper understanding of swing mechanics and ball flight.
Throughout the rest of the year, club fitting days will be hosted with all the major brands. When the new facility is built, it will be equipped with fitting kits of all major brands allowing members to book club fitting sessions at a time that suits.

Dom Azzopardi is an Advanced PGA Professional who brings a highly personalised and performance-driven approach to his coaching.
In addition to supporting club golfers, Dom coaches players competing on the world stage, including Lucas Herbert (LIV Golf), Karis Davidson (LPGA Tour), and Kerry Mountcastle (Australasian Tour). He is also passionate about developing emerging talent and coaches and mentors a number of Australia’s leading junior players.
With a focus on long-term improvement and an enjoyable learning experience, Dom is committed to helping every golfer get more out of their game at Noosa Springs.

GREG LYNCH
A well-known and much-loved coach at Noosa Springs for many years, Greg is a highly experienced PGA Professional who has been coaching golfers of all levels since 2005.
During his years as PGA Professional, Greg has continued to refine his coaching philosophy, combining technical expertise with a practical, on-course approach. While he offers individual and group lessons, Greg is particularly known for his on-course coaching sessions, helping players understand how to truly play the game, not just swing the club.
Greg’s coaching style is clear, supportive, and results-driven. He has a natural ability to simplify the complexities of golf, quickly identifying areas for improvement and providing straightforward, effective solutions that translate into real performance gains.
Whether you’re new to the game or looking to lower your handicap, Greg’s goal is simple, to help you play better golf and enjoy every round.

JOSH LANE
Josh has more than two decades in the game as both a PGA Professional coach and tournament player. He combines extensive playing and coaching experience with a practical, player-focused approach.
Josh is passionate about helping golfers of all levels improve in a way that is clear, structured and relevant to their game. He believes scoring is influenced by many factors, not just swing mechanics, and that each player has different leaks affecting performance. His role is to identify those leaks and help players improve in the areas that will have the greatest impact on their game.
Having played professionally for many years, Josh brings first-hand experience to his coaching and understands the performance side of the game and the process required for long-term improvement. He enjoys helping players identify what matters most, simplify the improvement process, and build a game they can trust.
