Heather is a silver-accredited swim instructor who has coached many swimmers to state and national level over the past 25 years. Before moving to Noosa she and husband Ray ran a commercial indoor aquatic centre for 15 years, mentoring swimmers of all levels of ability.
She has served on national coaching committees and several boards, worked with the Education Department, and lectured for Swimming Australia.

Damien has over 20 years’ experience in the Health & Fitness Industry. He is a Cert IV qualified Personal Trainer and Reformer & Mat Pilates Instructor with certificates in PT Boxing, med & fitball, stretching and relaxation massage.

Damien believes in merging strength training with pilates can create a consistent experience that helps our clients gain confidence and knowledge whilst enjoying the process of training and being rewarded with wonderful results.
