Our memberships include daily classes in our purpose-designed group exercise room, with its cushioned floor and great audio system, access to a full range of cardio and resistance equipment and access to our 25m heated swimming pool; great for all year round swimming.

Now you can. ‘Water cycling’ classes are scheduled each Monday at 4.30 pm and 5:30 pm. It’s fun, exciting – and really good for your body. The 45 minute classes are designed for a high intensity workout that is kind on the knees, hips and lower back. Other benefits are great cardio endurance, fat burning and toning.
