Coffin Bay oysters with finger lime and ginger mignonette x4 (gf/df) or Tuna tartare, smoked soy, whipped avocado, togarashi and seaweed cracker

Fillet steak “Rossini” thyme rosti, pate croute, spinach, truffle and Madeira jus
