School Holiday Tennis Camp
Our coaches, led by experienced Glenn Irwin, deliver clinics for youngsters during school holidays. They are aimed at children of all ages and skill levels and are aimed at improving their tennis game in a friendly environment.

Director of Tennis
GLENN IRWIN
Glenn Irwin returned to Australia in 2003 after 10 years playing and coaching tennis abroad. He was a highly rated Australian junior and won a tennis scholarship to the University of Utah. There, Glenn played NCAA Division 1 college tennis. He also played team tennis in Germany for seven years.
Since then Glenn has had a distinguished coaching career. He is an ATP & WTA player coach and a certified tennis instructor with the United States Professional Tennis Registry.
Glenn was the Director of Tennis at TC Rot Weiss Dusseldorf Germany, and a tennis professional at the prestigious Hong Kong Jockey Club. Since arriving in Noosa he has been instrumental in increasing the profile of tennis in the region.

JOSHUA EAGLE
Josh Eagle retired from professional tennis after playing doubles with good friend Pat Rafter at the 2004 Australian Open. He now provides expert commentary for television at the Australian Open and other events around the world.
Josh’s career highlights include winning five ATP doubles titles, being a finalist in the Australian Open mixed doubles, making the Australian Davis Cup squad in 2000, and being ranked a world top 10 doubles player.
As a coach, he worked with Sam Stosur for two years, helped Marinko Matosevic become a Top 50 world ranked player, coached Lleyton Hewitt and Nick Kyrgios, and was the Australian Davis Cup coach from 2013 to 2016.
In 2012 Josh was named Coach of the Year in Australia for High Performance Coaching.
Head Tennis Professional
SAM CHAPMAN
Sam has been a teaching professional for 18 years, 10 of which were at the prestigious Royal Sydney Golf Club. He is a fully qualified Tennis Australia club professional.
Before joining Noosa Springs, Sam had managed large sports venues and events, and worked overseas in Qatar and New Zealand. He was the Venue Manager for the 2012 FINA Swimming World Cup in Doha, Qatar, responsible for all services and operations related to the facility.
He has extensive experience working with clients of all ages and standards and loves to share his knowledge.
