This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly professional team of industry professionals. Function experience would be a positive but not essential. 30-40 hours per week

    Food & Beverage Supervisor – Full Time Position

    We’re looking for a Front of House Supervisor with a commitment to outstanding customer service. The position is casual with the potential to be Full Time for the right candidate and consists of food & beverage, golf, and Resort accommodation.

    Key Duties

    • Oversee your colleagues and lead from the from the front to demonstrate exceptional service standards
    • Make espresso coffees, prepare other beverages, deliver food and beverage service in a professional and at times discreet manner
    • Ensure that restaurant and function rooms are set-up correctly and within a timely fashion for all meetings & events
    • Respond to queries promptly and efficiently
    • Show initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility

    The Candidate will need to meet the following minimum criteria:

    • Proven Experience in a four to five star a la carte or function environment
    • Experience from working in restaurants, conferencing or events environments
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong work ethic – willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced dynamic team
    • Great energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation
    • Availability included weekdays and weekends

    Golf Attendant – Casual Position

    We are currently seeking a mature and friendly person to join our Golf Operations team. You will be responsible for assisting with all related golfing services including retail, golf bookings, corporate golf events and general member and guest enquiries. Ideally you will have an understanding of golf course etiquette, golf rules and handicapping.

    Key Duties

    • Using computerised systems for management of golf bookings, tournament management and retail sales
    • Assisting members and guests with equipment
    • Involvement in conducting of golf events
    • Maintain the cleanliness of the golf shop and surrounding areas
    • Assist with retail purchases and merchandising of stock

    The Candidate will need to meet the following minimum criteria:

    • Previous experience within the retail or golf sales industry
    • As our Operations team includes Food & Beverage and Accommodation therefore applicants with previous experience in these areas will be highly regarded.  
    • Flexibility to work mornings/evenings and weekends across a 7 day roster
    • A clean and well-presented appearance
    • Exceptional customer service skills as well as a positive attitude and strong work ethic
