Food and Beverage Supervisor
Noosa Springs Golf & Spa Resort is one of Australia’s premier lifestyle destinations, located just five minutes from Hastings Street. Guests visit us to enjoy our world-class golf course, award-winning day spa and the relaxed yet refined dining experience at Relish Restaurant.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our Front of House team. In this hands-on role, you will assist with the daily supervision of Relish Restaurant and our function spaces, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service across all areas. You will work closely with the Front of House Manager to support staff, maintain high service standards and create memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise front of house operations during service, ensuring smooth workflow
- Lead and motivate staff, providing guidance and support as required
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
- Ensure high standards of customer service across restaurant, bar, café and events
- Support function set-up and execution, ensuring all requirements are met
- Monitor presentation, cleanliness and compliance of all Front of House areas
- Act as first point of contact for guest enquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with cash handling and daily operational requirements
About You
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality)
- Current RSA (essential)
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

Groundsperson
Nestled alongside Noosa National Park and Lake Weyba, the award winning Noosa Springs comprises of a championship golf course, luxury accommodation, fitness, tennis, fine dining, wedding & conference facilities, and spa in the surroundings of an exquisite landscaped environment.

We are currently seeking a Groundsperson to join the team. This position involves but is not limited to the following tasks:
- Operation of garden maintenance equipment.
- Garden maintenance including pruning, hedging and weed control.
- Mowing and edge trimming.
- Chemical and fertilizer application.
- General cleaning.
- Basic planting and mulching.
To be successful you must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a current Manual C class drivers licence.
- Be physically fit.
- Demonstrated capacity to successfully undertake training in qualifications and skills required of the role.
The following will be highly regarded:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- A qualification in horticulture Cert 3
- A current ACDC chemical application licence.
- Chainsaw ticket
The successful applicant will be motivated, possess a passion for horticulture and willing to become a valuable member of the team.
