Reservations

To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking ahead.

 

Arrival

You will be advised of your time to arrive at The Spa this will allow time for you to check in, relax and take full advantage of your reserved time in The Spa. Please understand that if you arrive late, your treatment will be completed as it was scheduled.

 

What to Wear

Our therapists are sensitive to your privacy and comfort. For ultimate comfort, we recommend wearing the disposable underwear provided or as little as possible. Swimwear must be worn when using the HydroMassage Pool. Outside the treatment suites, please wear the robe and slippers provided.

 

Cancellations

We understand that plans change, so if you need to cancel your reservation please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. After that time, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. No show appointments are charged at 100% of treatment fee.

 

Health Considerations

If you are pregnant or have a medical condition please let us know when making your reservation as you may require clearance from your doctor.
