Now you can. ‘Water cycling’ classes are scheduled each Monday at 5.30 pm and 6.15 pm.
It’s fun, exciting – and really good for your body.
The 45 minute classes are designed for a high intensity workout that is kind on the knees, hips and lower back. Other benefits are great cardio endurance, fat burning and toning.
