Paul has 29 years’ experience in the fitness industry in Australia and Canada through recreation centres, gymnasiums, personal training and pro sports (soccer and football).
He has worked on the Sunshine Coast since 1999 between Zest Health Clubs, Beach House Fitness and personal training before taking up the position of Manager with Noosa Springs Fitness Centre.
Paul’s expertise lies in personal training in the field of endurance sports and as such he understands the full spectrum of features and benefits of fitness practice from weight loss to triathlons.

I began my own fitness journey in 2002. After the birth of my second child I found myself 25kg overweight. After a lot of hard work with my personal trainer, I was a new woman. This inspired me to become a personal trainer to help others reach their health and fitness goals.

I am keenly interested in assisting people to keep their bodies stronger, fitter and more stable so they can confidently go about achieving what they want in life whilst at the same time minimising those disease risks so often associated with ‘getting older’. Training muscles to work together helps to promote strong, fluid movements that are relevant to daily activity. This means training ‘movement’ rather than isolated muscles and usually asking the cardiovascular system to do ‘a little bit more than usual’ – but within each individual’s ability. Balance and agility training also help in avoiding falls and making quick decisions and movements that keep us safe and upright. “It’s never too late to make a change”
Ray is an ex-army physical training instructor with 12 years service in the military. He has operated his own gym FITNOOSA for the past 12 years specialising in personal training. Ray is highly qualified and experienced in a number of fitness areas and has a real passion for getting results for his clients. Ray’s interests are his family, especially his three beautiful kids, Aussie rules football, golf and surfing.
Heather is a silver-accredited swim coach who has coached many swimmers to state and national level over the last 25years. Prior to moving to Noosa, Heather with her husband Ray owned and operated a commercial indoor aquatic centre for 15 years. This centre catered for all levels of ability in their “Learn to Swim” program and all other activities involved in a aquatic facility.
Heather’s involvement in the aquatic industry has also seen her contribute to the development of the sport of swimming through serving on national coaching committees, Education Department consultative committee, lecturing for Australian Swimming and serving on several boards.
Always willing to share her knowledge Heather is the author of a swimming manual called “From the Pool’s Edge” which is endorsed by Australian Swimming.

AEPs are accredited allied-health providers by Exercise and Sports Science Australia with Medicare Provider numbers through Chronice Disease Management plan, Veterans, private health insurers and WorkCover return to work conditioning and MIAC rebates.
Maryanne provides Exercise Physiology services in the gym and hydrotherapy in the pool and is assisting her clients to achieve a healthy and active lifetsyle.

Brantley uses a holistic approach by combing both sports medicine and human performance. He doesn’t see the body as a series of isolated muscles, but as a continuous connection of tissue. An athlete himself, having played both soccer and rugby during collage; he now enjoys surfing and finding movement & strength throughout the entirety of the body to live a long an active lifestyle.
