MORE than 60 guests welcomed evening dining back to Noosa Springs on Friday, April 1, when head chef Graham Waddell presented a four-course Moroccan banquet in Relish restaurant.
Diners were delighted with the traditional Moroccan dishes, which included char-grilled flatbreads, pastilla, a tangy tagine and a delicious medjool date custard tartlet.
It was the first of several themed dinners planned for the restaurant, the next being a Spanish dinner on Friday, 6th May.
