HydroMassage

The word spa originated from the Latin phrase sanitas per aqua or 'health through water'.

Based on European aqua therapy traditions, the Noosa Springs Spa offers a range of facilities and treatments in luxurious surroundings that will relax your senses and nurture your body, mind and spirit.

HydroMassage Pool

Inspired by the therapeutic baths of ancient Romans and Greeks, the HydroMassage pool is a unique experience. The filtered, chlorine free water is oxygenised and heated to near body temperature. You will glide at your own pace through various water-based massage zones where strong jets of water work on every part of your body. It relieves stress, boosts blood circulation and will leave you with a heightened sense of wellbeing.

Flotation Pool

The only one of its type in Australia, it is situated in its own luxurious room with a dramatic starlit ceiling. The effect on your body by floating in a state of sensory deprivation on the highly mineralized water, heated to near body temperature, is profoundly relaxing. The flotation experience can be shared by a couple at the same time.

Infrared Sauna

The sauna uses penetrating infrared heat to detoxify the body and improve your cardiovascular circulation. This type of sauna can be enjoyed by those who find difficulty tolerating the heat of other sauna types.

Steam Room

Enjoy a heightened sense of wellbeing through the metabolic effects of steam as it invigorates the skin and reduces stress. Steam rooms are located in both the male and female areas of the spa.

Blitz Shower

The blitz shower uses powerful water jets to invigorate your circulatory system and revitalise fatigued muscles.

Pedicure Chair

Sit back and enjoy our massaging pedicure chair while soaking your tired feet in the foot spa and then let us pamper your feet.

Geisha Bath

Enjoy a range of relaxing and therapeutic bathing options in our beautiful, candlelit Geisha bath.

Thermal Capsule

Experience the magic of Dead Sea Mud as you lie back in the warmth of our state-of-the-art thermal capsule. A deep state of relaxation is achieved and it’s a great start to a detox program.

Outdoor Couple's Spa

Enjoy quality time relaxing together with a glass of bubbly in a private couple's spa bath, in your own intimate courtyard (usually enjoyed as part of the couple's retreat package).

Treatment Suites

Our luxurious treatment suites are tranquil havens opening onto their own private, landscaped courtyards. They are fully equipped and designed for specific treatments. The treatment suites can be used as your own private escape or can be shared with your partner.

Relaxation Lounges

After your treatment, chill out with a spa refreshment in one of our relaxation lounges. The lounges enjoy views out over tropical gardens and soothing water features.

Heated 25 Metre Swimming Pool

Slide into our heated swimming pool for some water therapy or catch some sunshine on the pool-side lounges. You have the use of the pool with every spa package.
