May and June have been the best months of the year for Noosa property according to Laguna's John Swainson and Melanie Butcher.
All Laguna offices at Noosa Heads, Noosaville, Tewantin, Coolum and Gympie have been dealing with offers and finding that sellers are prepared to negotiate.

Looking to enjoy best of new Oasis

The construction of the first home in Noosa Springs' newest residential enclave, The Oasis, has begun. Adelaide residents Bob and Jayne Cruse said they were attracted to the estate's lifestyle and Noosa's temperate climate, and that after spending two months at the resort in 2009 they decided to make the Oasis their second home.
