    The gated entrance to The Oasis is a very important feature of the unique lifestyle available at Noosa Springs. A visitor can be seen on a monitor console in your home and the gate remotely opened from that console.

    A single antenna receives digital free-to-air television channels and reticulated to each Lot. In doing so, it avoids the need to put unsightly television antennas of each home roof. In the Noosa region, pay television services are currently only available from Austar. A small dish will need to be installed on the home roof or on the ground in your yard, but must be located to comply with building covenants and by-laws requiring that it cannot be seen from outside the Lot.
